What is the product form?

We provide the TC plants in the form of ex-agar, primary hardened, hardened or as per requirements of the clients.

How long does it take to reach the destination?

European countries: 24 hours Australia: 24 hours USA: within 24 hours New Zealand: Within 16 hours Germany: Within 16 hours India - by road 24 to 48 HRS. by air 4&6 HRS.

Do you produce the plants from your own stock or from our selected mother plants?

We have our own mother block and we also get explants through contract farming.

Is there any specific reason for producing, hardening and supplying the plants?

(1.) Quality planting material (2.) Uniform maturity (3.) Disease free material (4.) Year round availability.

How do you guarantee the quality of TC plants?

Exclusivity.

Are your prices standard?

No. The price of the plants depends on the number of plants/shipment, production factors, total order value and the plant species.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. If the order volume is large, then we send samples for trial.

What are the papers that Growmore would be sending to the customer while shipping the plants?

Invoice/packing list.

What is your lead time?

The order should be confirmed 3 to 8 months prior to the requirement in case of specific demand.

What are your terms for payment?

10% advance payment should be made at the time of confirming the order and the balance at the time of he plants.

Are our plants protected?

Though in India, the plants are not protected, Sarjan Biotech gives full guarantee and signs exclusive agreements to protect your varieties.

How do you confirm the delivery schedule?

Depending on the current production stock, we confirm the delivery schedule.

How do we make the payment?
